The Franchise Manager – Business Development

will be responsible for driving franchise growth, Franchisee development, overseeing operations, and ensuring brand consistency across all franchise locations in India

Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Development:

  • Identify and assess potential franchise partners, evaluating their suitability and alignment with company values & Meet the weekly & monthly target
  • Develop and execute targeted strategies to attract and onboard high-quality franchisees.
  • Business Planning and Strategy:
  • Develop detailed business plans for each franchise location, outlining revenue targets, marketing strategies, and operational goals.
  • Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine franchise strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Training and Support:

  • Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to franchisees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and site visits to monitor franchise operations and provide actionable feedback for improvement

Financial Management

  • Monitor Student Enrolment Insure that franchisee achieve it targets for enrolments
  • Achieve monthly target of Student Enrolment & achieve revenue targets .

Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing franchise partners, serving as their primary point of contact and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Foster a collaborative and cohesive franchise network by facilitating communication and sharing best practices among franchisees.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred , with education franchise experience preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in franchise development or business development roles, preferably within the Education sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and onboarding franchise partners.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering measurable results.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
